by SEEMA · Luxury Atelier
Hand-worked, one of a kind: chikankari, gota patti, resham, zardozi, jamdani and patola.
The Atelier
A small house for great cloth.
BY SEEMA keeps no inventory in the usual sense. What arrives is hand-worked: chikankari, gota patti, resham embroidery and zardozi from workrooms in Delhi and Lucknow, a jamdani from the Banaras looms, a patola weave from Gujarat. It is kept only because Seema would wear it herself.
Only a handful at a time. Every one handmade, every one singular. When a piece finds its home it is marked sold and stays in the archive; it will not be repeated.

Where every piece begins: the hand, not the machine
